How much is the FMAA?
IMA offers continuous testing for the English FMAA exam. This means you can schedule your exam at a Prometric Testing Center at a time that is convenient for you (subject to availability).
Please note: You must take the exam within six months of your registration date.
The Arabic version of the exam will continue to be offered during the following testing windows:
- January 26, 2026 - February 3, 2026
- May 11, 2026 - May 20, 2026
- September 14, 2026 - September 23, 2026
Exam Fee: $299
Certified FMAAs are required to pay a $49 annual renewal fee and earn 15 CPE credits per year.
*FMAAs who are active IMA members will not need to pay the $49 renewal fee in addition to their annual membership fee.
