In 2024, we hosted the highly anticipated Future CFO Roadshow across four vibrant cities, marking a significant milestone in our mission to empower the accounting and finance community. The event was a resounding success, attracting over 500 participants who engaged in insightful and transformative discussions. Highlights included inspiring TED Talks and panel discussions, exploring the impact of AI on accounting and finance, embracing innovation and strategic leadership in risk management, and discovering the power of storytelling in finance and accounting. We also unveiled crucial financial strategies post-COP28 and provided guidance on navigating and leading through financial crises. Held in Dubai, UAE on April 21, Doha, Qatar on April 22, Amman, Jordan on April 23, and Cairo, Egypt on April 25, the roadshow set a new benchmark for financial excellence and innovation.
The 2024 IMA Middle East Student Leadership Conference at Prince Sultan University was a resounding success, uniting over 100 participants for discussions on ‘Shape Your Tomorrow.’ Highlights included a keynote by Rich Brady on professional certification’s impact, insightful panel sessions on HR alignment in finance and career progression, and an inspiring storytelling session by Samir Derbas, CMA.
